Il programma di formazione è stato realizzato a Firenze e Vicenza ed ha incluso incontri con la Scuola per l’Arte della Gioielleria Perseo, la Federazione Italiana Orafi e Gioiellieri (F.I.O.G. Confesercenti) di Firenze, la Camera di Commercio di Firenze.

Il progetto ha permesso a 25 orafi greci di svolgere un periodo di formazione in Italia volto allo scambio e di promozione di nuove idee, al fine di promuovere l'arte orafa, cosi come all’acquisizione di competenze in materia di nuove tecnologie applicate all’arte orafa.Il progetto è stato promosso, nel quadro del programma EU Leonardo da Vinci – Misura Mobilità per professionisti nell’ambito dell’istruzione e della formazione professionale (VETPRO), L’Unione degli Orafi ed Orologiai della Prefettura di Larissa (Grecia). Partner del progetto, e responsabile per l’organizzazione del progetto in Italia: CO.EUR. – Associazione di Consulenza e Formazione Europea.
